The corner of a hospital operating room. Moisture in the slab came into contact with the drywall, wicking moisture vertically and sustaining a humidity high enough to allow for a serious mold growth problem. There was cabinetry in front of this wall, hiding the mold problem. It wasn't until the floor failed and the contents of the room removed, that the mold was discovered.
