New Construction – FST can be most valuable when we are involved earlier in a project.  We are able to provide additional quality assurances to the project, and an overall less expensive moisture vapor emission and alkalinity control system.  This system utilizes our VaporSeal 309 as a membrane forming curing compound for freshly placed concrete and MES 100 for any areas requiring additional treatment prior to floor covering installation.

Remodel/Retrofit Construction – For existing concrete with an excessive moisture vapor emission rate, MES 100 is the product you need.  This long-proven modified, 2-component epoxy, can effectively reduce moisture vapor emission rates as high as 25 lbs/24hrs/1000sq.ft. to below 3 lbs/24hrs/1000sq.ft.
