The 565,000-square-foot Kaiser facility will be built on 19 acres that used to be the home of the San Diego County Registrar of Voters Office. The new hospital will be a high-tech hospital of the future, from green design to the latest technology. The facility is slated to open in 2016 with the tools to provide Kaiser members with the highest quality care in a beautiful, healing and nurturing environment.
Floor Seal Technology will be manufacturing and providing a direct factory installation of its MES100 throughout the entire project. The MES100 will protect nearly 700,000 square feet of Forbo Linoleum flooring from the damaging levels of concrete moisture, vapor emission, relative humidity and alkalinity from causing bubbles in the flooring or adhesion failure of the sheet flooring.
